Lady Warriors drop four out of six By Marty Stamper Appeal Sports Editor The East Central Com– munity College Lady Warriors split doubleheaders with Jones and Ttawamba before losing a pair at Pearl River in last week's fastpitch action. The Lady Warriors are off until March 18 when they host Hinds in their MACJC Central Division opener. The game's only tun came in the fifth when Laura Smith singled and scored on a single by Leah Dennis. Smith had two singles for EC. Haley Chipley had a double. Sondreia Hillie and Dennis added singles. Candi Farris singled twice for JCJC, while Jol~e Belflower had a double. Kacy Stewart wok the tough luck loss for the Lady Bobcats. In the nightcap, Katie Holifield improved to 4-0 with a four-hitter. She struck out four.
