ECCC welcomes New Warrior Corps Members

Fifty-three students were recently tapped for membership in the East Central Community College Warrior Corps, a select group that assists in recruiting and serves as hosts for various events on the Decatur campus. Joining the elite organization are Delynn Agee, Ahinah Alex, Ashley Bradford, Celeste Burt, Julie Gaines, Doug Kelley and Brittany White, all of Philadel– phia; Beth Alexander, Little Rock; Erik Alexander and Anse Rigby, both of Forest; Dru Anderson, Carmen Ezell, Suzanne Henry, Meghan Moulds, Morgan Stringer and Chelsey Vincent, all of Decatur; Brittany Barfield, Katie Corley, Mandy Dennis, Kim Faucette, Sarah James, Kimberly Sanders, Constance Savell, Jen– nifer Sistrunk and Amanda Schmidt, all of Carthage; Eliza– beth Barney, Walnut Grove; Yentl Brantley and Joseph Cieglo, both of Lake; Lara Burt, Amber Eaves, Kiel Higginboth– am, Kelly Kight and Hannah Miles, all of Louisville; Court– ney Elkins, Lena; Heather Eubanks and Elizabeth Thome, both of Noxapater; Drew Gillis, Brooke Mayes, Caleb Page and Skye Tindall, all of Newton; Ryan Greenwood, Byhalia;Ash– ley Henley, Hickol}~: Mykel Ho)~ Leigh Ann Tavlor, 'I'1ffanv Thomas and Ann3 Rouse, all of Union; Elaine ,lame~ L..,.. :n·

Jana Nicole Johnson and Rebecca Rogers, both of Chunky; Valerie Johnson and Hannah Luke, both of Preston; Kayla Mullinax, Bay Springs; and Jordan Taylor, Macon. Lara Burt is a freshman phys– ical therapy major of Louisville at ECCC, where she is a mem– ber of the Baptist Student Union and color guard for the Wall 0' Sound Marching Band. She is an honor graduate of Louisville High School, where she was also named to the Hall of Fame, selected STAR Stu– dent, and served as color guard captain and Beta Club secre– tary. Her parents are Tim and Lori Burt. Amber Eaves is a freshman liberal arts major of Louisville at ECCC, where she is also a member of the Baptist Student Union. She is a graduate of Nanih Waiya High School, where she served as Beta Club president and was selected a campus favorite . She was also an honor

societymember and was named to Who's Who Among American High School Students. Her parents are Richard and Gail Eaves. Kiel Higginbotham, a fresh– man chemistry major from Louisville, is a member of the Diamond Warrior baseball team, Baptist Student Union and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He is an honor graduate of Louisville High School, where he was selected a class favorite and received awards in baseball and drafting. He was a member of the Beta Club. His parents are Cindy Wood and Robert Higginbotham. Kelly Kight, a freshman liber– al arts major from Louisville, is a member of the Baptist Stu– dent Union and Centralettes, the dance line for the Wall 0' Sound Marching Band. She was recently a beauty in the Col– lege's annual Beauty/Beau Pageant. She is a graduate of Nanih Waiya High School, where she was a class officer and Student Council member. She also received homecoming and ath– letic honors. Her parents are Wes and Jen– nifer Kight. Hannah ~Wes, a freshman lib– eral ar::~ maJor from Louu.-ville, k a member of the Baptist Stu– dent Union.

She is a graduate of ;\ Waiya High School, where was a member of the Beta C! Honor Society and served class reporter.
