Scott Students In ECCC Program These Scott County students enrolled in eareer-technicaJ programs at East Central Community College in Decatur receive on-the-job experience by participating in the College's Work-Based Learning program. Students also earn competitive wages at their respective work sites while receiving college credit. However, Harris added that WBL students generally find a "home" with their employers and following graduation.
