CHOCTAW PRINCESS Ahinah Bree Alex smiles

through the tears, holding her scholarship to East Central Community College, as she is named 2006-2007 Choctaw Indian Princess during the Choctaw Indian Fair on Wednesday. Alex represented the Gaming Properties of Pearl River Resort. She received the crown from the 2005-2006 Choctaw Indian Princess, Jessica Nicole Greer, along with the traditional Choctaw dress that Alex is wearing. She also participated in the evening gown program and the

question-and-answer sec.;tion of the pageant on Wednesday. Alex is the 18-year-old daughter of Bradley and Linda Alex from • the Pearl River Community of the Choctaw tribe. The Choctaw Indian Fair continues «~;:~~;t today. Entertainment scheduled tonight includes concerts by Classic Rock All Stars

beginning at 7 p.m. and Tracy Lawrence beginning at 8:30 p.m.
