Jone-S led 34 25 at halftime. but a 49 36 EC advantage in the second half enabled the Lady Waniors to improve to 14-7 over– all and 7-3 in the South Division. LaSaundra Harrison led EC with 20 points. Valerie Han·is had 15, Shannon Lloyd 13, Andrea Dubose 12, and Elyse Clay seven. Rosemary Green led the Lady Bobcats (10-9. 6-4} with 20 points. EC men 87 Jones 71 Sam Walton and Johnny Hodge both scored 23 points to lead the Warriors Thursday at Ellisville. EC improved to 7-3 in the South Division and 12-9 overall. The Warriors carried a 42-32 lead into halftime. EC also got 13 points from Paul Milligan. eight each from Bryan Johnson and Andre Coleman, and five from Pierre Barlow. Prince Trotter, who played for EC head coach Steve Hampton at Quitman, scored 23 points to lead Jones (5-12, 3-7).
