''My favorite thing about edu cation is the opportunity to interactwith students. I try to 1 impress upon students that WI' have a oommongoal in their beingsuccessful. Certainly there are requin · ments that they have to mec•t with effort and preparation. llut these are more easily accom plished in a good student teacher relationship.'' He said it is disappointing to see those students who h:M! the ability to succeed, but frul to do sobecause of a lack of cflbrt.
