Wade Long scholarshipendowed at EC A scholarship in honor of the late \\ illiam Wade Long has been endO\\ed at East Central Community College in Decatur by his parents, Gail and Dwight Long of Union. Long. a 1\Jeshoba County native, died on December 8, 1996. Meridian Community College while attending Un on High School.

Candidates for the William Wade Long Memorial Scholarship must be an incoming freshman from Neshoba or Nel'tton county; have a 2.0 grade point average or better on high school coursework; and plan t() major in the medical or health-related field.
