MEMORIES FOR LEE ANN: Lee Ann Scoggin (center), longtime administrative assistant to the president at East Central Community College in Decatur, was presented a book of memories at her retirement reception by ECCC President Dr. Phil A. Sutphin (left) while her husband, Charles, looks on. Scoggin will have served 34 years on the Decatur campus when she retires on June 30, 2006. She began her employment at ECCC in 1972 as sec– retary to then bus1ness manager B. L. Griffin. She also served former dean of instruction Dr. Brad Tucker and former presidents Dr. Charles Wright, Or. Eddie M. Smith and current president Or. Sutphin. Scoggin was later presented a resolution from the College's Board of Trustees commending her service to the institution.
