EAST CENTRAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE PRESENTS FLAGTO ECCC: Fans at East Central Commu– nity College basketball games have a newAmerican flag to salute thanks to the generosity of alumna Tammy Barham (left) of Decatur, who made the donation in honor of her father, retired Marine Master Sergeant Gwendol Barham, also of Decatur. Mr. Barham, a former ECCC employee, IS shown pre– senting the flag to ECCC President Dr. Phil A. Sutphin. The new flag, wh1ch measures 8' x 12. 1s displayed on the north wall in the Brackeen-Wood Physical Education Build1ng and replaces a smaller flag that hung above mid-court. Ms. Barham is a 1982 ECCC graduate.
