ECCC RETIREES HONORED Plaques of appreciation and other gifts were recently presented to faculty and staff members retiring from East Central Community College in Decatur. From left are Patti Davis, whose late husband, Ron Davis, had announced plans to retire as biology instructor prior to losing his two-year battle with cancer on April 21; Gail Fulton, math instructor; and Lee Ann Scoggin, administrative assistant to the president. Ron Davis served 29 years in education prior to his death, with 19 of those years served at East Central. Fulton served 34 years 1n the classroom, including six at ECCC. Scoggin spent 34 years employed on the Decatur campus. The presentations were made at the annual end-of-the-year luncheon spo.,sored by the ECCC Administration, Faculty and Staff Association.
