The Lady Warriors, who led by as many as 30 points in the second half, carried a 45-32 lead into half– time behind 13 points from Andrea Dubose, 11 from Tanesha Brown and seven from Valerie Harris. Dubose and Brown both hit three treys in the first half. Brown finished with six 3- pointers in leading ECCC, 7-2. with 20 points. Dubose finished with five treys and 19 points. Harris had 15 points and 15 boards. Alba Matlock scored 10 points, while Carlena Clemmons and Katherine Taylor both had eight. "We shot pretty good tonight," ECCC head coach Billy Smith said. "l thought by far it was our best shooting night of the year. It's a good way to end the first semester. "It was just one of those nights where everything fell. I was real pleased with them. I thought they played real well."
