NEO's big hit in the inning was a two-run triple by Noel Ahumada. ECCC had taken a 1-0 lead in the top of the first inning as Davis hit a two– out single to center field and scored on another single to center by Corey Coward. Carter McQuigg made it 6-1 with a sacrifice fly in the fourth. The Warttors got their sec– ond run in the sixth as Davis led off with a solo homer in the right-field corner. It was his II th of the year.
