ing on the Decatur campus. With the win. the East Central women impro\'ed to 4·3 in league play and 12-6 overall. After losing their first three division battle,::,, the defending region/state champion Lady Warriors are back in the playoff hunt behind Gulf Coast (6·1), Copiah-Lincoln (5·2), Merid· ian (5·2) and Jones (5-2). The top four teams in each divi– sion qualify for the state tournament. Kim Cox of Lake wa the leadingscorerfor EC against Pearl River, as she pumped in 14 points.
