The Bobcats got within 84-80 witb 2:40 remaining when Jammie Evans scored, but they did not score again. Andrew Lewis led East Central, 4- 10 overall and 1-2 in the division, with 21 points. Ricardo Alcantar added 15, Andre Coleman had 12 and Pierre Barlow added 10. Evans paced Jones (8-5, 1-2) with 25 points. Brownlee added 18, Prince T rotter had 11 and Eckford had 10. Brownlee finished with a double-double, grabbing 10 boards.
