CoURrr.o;v I'HoTo/ ECCC Ama Burns (left), a 2005 graduate of East Central Community College, is the recipient of the Opal McMullan Dickerson Scholarship, awarded to an outgo– ing elementary education major to continue his or her education. Burns is the daughter of Dean and Brenda Perry of Louisville. Pictured with the recipient is ECCC academic counselor Lanette Hanna. The award was pre– sented during the College's annual Bell SouthScholarship Appreciation Luncheon held Thursday, May 26, in Mabry Memorial Cafeteria.
