Celeste Burt (left), a 2005 graduate of Nesh!Jba Central High School, is the recipient of the Philadelphia Sertoma Scholarship at East Central Community College in Decatur. The scholarship was estab– lished in 2000 by the Sertoma Club as part of their emphasis on edu– cation. Representing the club is Doug Daly.
