ECCCToHold Fine Arts Festival Apri/ 28 East Central Community College in Decatur will present its Annual Spring Fine Arts Festival at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 28. in the Ovid S. Vickers Fine Arts Center. There is no charge for admission a nd refreshments will be served. The special program will feature selections by the ECCC Concert Choir under the direction of Dr. Chris Jenkins with Len Bobo serving as accompanist. There will also be an exhibit displaying work~ by East Central art and ceramic students. Bruce Guraedy and Jill Hammes sene as art/ ceramics instructors.
