Morton teen charged with felony simple assault MORTON- A 17-year-old male arrested and charged with pointing a weapon at ele– mentary children earlier this month remains out of jail on $25,000 bond, Police Chief Jimmy Rogers said. Miguez Angel Dominguez, of 144 North~ood Dr., Morton, is charged With felony simple assault after he allegedly point– ed a gun at a group of children during afternoon recess on March 4 at Morton Elementary School According to police notes the children said they saw ' Dominguez drinking beer before he went into a residence and returned with the weapon identified as a .177 caliber pis- ' tol. ~he children reported that Dommguez then aimed the gun at the group.
