EC scholarship recipient Joshua Shumaker, a student at the Leake County Vocational-Technical Center, received a $300 per semester scholarship to East Central Community College after win– ning first place honors in the Carpentry competition dur– ing the annual District Ill SkillsUSA Championships held on the Decatur campus.
