ECCC Industrial Maintenance Program participants

These Philadelphia residents are participating in an Industrial Maintenance Apprenttce Program held at the Productivity Enhancement Lab at the Philadelphia/Nashoba County Vocational– Technical Center. Sponsored by East Central Community College in Decatur, the five-level program combines classroom instruction and "hands-on" skills demonstrations. Completion of each level leads to a portable certification with the NCCER in Gainesville, Fla Seated from left are Steven Snuggs, Ottis Skinner, Sara Winham and Kevtn Willis.
