East Central Community College's fast-pitch softball team ended regulation season competition with a doublehead– er sweep of East Mississippi Community College Friday afternoon in Scooba. · The Lady Warriors won the first game 12-6 and took the nightcap by an 8-0 decision. With the victories, EC improved to 31-3 overall and 16-0 in division action under ::-.econd-year head coach Scott Hill. • Sophomore hurler Marley Smith of Union picked up the win in the first game and improved her record to a per– fect 15-0. Freshman pitcher Lindsey Smith of Union won the second game and improved her record to 8-2. The Lady Warriors, who sport a 31-3 record under sec– ond-year head coach Scott Hill, are the designated hosts for the 2005 tournament after wining \1 ~CJC Central Division title with a perfect 16-0 mark.
