Belvin Receives ECCC Scholarship - Betty Bevlin of Decatur is a 2004-05 recipient of a non-tradition– al student scholarship presented at East Central Commu11ity College. Belvin, shown with Joe Killens, Vice President for Student Services, is a freshman majoring in surgical technology. Non-tra– ditional student tuition scholarships are available to qualified Mississippi residents, 23 years of age or older at the time of initial enrollment, who enroll ful l-time at ECCC. Scholarships are avail– able for three consecutive semesters following the first 12 hours earned as either part-time or full– time student at East Central.
