EAST CENTRAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE RECEIVES CLAYTON BLOUNT SCHOLARSHIP: Brooke McMillan (left), a 2004 graduate of Newton County Academy, is the recipient of the Clayton Blount Scholarship at East Cen– tral Community College in Decatur.
