ECCC Phi Theta Kappa inductees These students from NeshobaCounty were recently inducted into Theta X1 Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society of the two-year college, at East Central Community College in Decatur P1ctured are (front row, from left) Andrew Wayne Moorehead of Union, Mary Ann Oxiner of Collinsville and Laura Elizabeth Sistrunk, Ahlishia DeFrancis Johnson, Elyse Lyndon Willis and Jessica Simone Bell, all of Philadelphia; and (back row, from left) Amanda Joy Clark of Philadelphia, Lacie Lea Stephens and Chns Elbert Rush, both of Union; Troy White and Dwylene Allen, both of Philadelphia; Brant Andrew Win– stead of Union and Jason Bruce Richardson of Philadelphia. To be eligible for membership in Phi Theta Kappa. students must earn a 3.5 grade point average as a full-time student and maintain an overall 3.5 grade point average. The purpose of Phi Theta Kappa is to promote scholarship, to develop character and to cult1vate fellowship among academically superior students Christy Ferguson.
