ECCC to host di strict FBLA contest Feb. 12 Theta Chi Chapter of Phi Beta Lamdba at East Central Community College will host the Central District Future Business Leaders of America Conference Feb. 12 on the Decatur campus. Approximately 700 students and advisors representing 34 high schools and vocational centers are expected to participate in the one-day competi– tion. Registration begins at 8 a.m. at the Tucker Applied Technology Center, with the various contests getting underway at 9 a.m. The ECCC ~ollegians will enter– tain the special:Campus visitors at a 1 p.m. concert in Huff Auditorium, fol– lowed by the annual awards ceremo– ny at 2:30 p.m. Awards will be pre– sented to the top six competitors m each of the 33 business- and comput– er-related events.
