ECCC soccer team splits two contests East Central Community College's soccer team split decisions last week. falling 5-0 to homestanding Pearl River Community College on Friday after. earlier posting a 1-0 road "':'in over Copiah-Lincoln Commumly College last Wednesday. Jose Castillo, a sophomore from Raleigh. scored the winning goal against Co-Lin. and was assisted on the play by sophomore Luis Araya of Forest. The Soccer Warriors. 5-6-l overall and a 2-4 in the South Division play, were tb host division foe Meridian Commfinity College Tuesday. In other division matchups this week, East Central entertains Pearl River at 4 p.m. Thursday and hosts Gulf Coast at II a.m. Saturday. The Soccer Warriors conclude the regulat season by traveling to Jones on Oct. 20 for a 2 p.m. match.
