ECCC snaps losing streak East Central Community College's soccer team snapped a three-game losing streak by edging non-divi· sion foe East Mississippi Community College 2·1 Tuesday aiternoon in Scooba. The Soccer Warriors, who improved to 4·4·1 under stxth·year head coach Kenneth Thompson, scored on goals by freshman Kyle Vowell of Nashoba Central and sophomore David Prewitt of Clarkdale. Prewitt was I also credited with an assist on Vowell's goal and freshman Trey Whitehead o1 Southeast Lauderdale pro· vided an assist when Prewitt scored. Alan Robertson scored for the Soccer Lions. who fell to 0-7. Robbie Greco was credited with an assist. - school reports
