Justin Ficklin Signs Football Scholarship ECCC SPORTS INFORMATION DECATUR~ustin Ficklin was one of 2004 East Central Community'College football players to sign a scholarship with four-year colleges and universities last week. Justin Ficklin signed with Bacone College in Muskogee, Okla. Ficklin, of Morton High School, made the honorable mention All-State squad. He played linebacker as a fresh– man and moved to fullback during his sophomore vear.
