Neshoba's Petty signs with East Central ... Multi-sport standout Taylor Petty of Neshoba Central has s1gned a national letter-of-intent to play baseball next season at East Central Community College in Decatur. Petty. shown seated above during last week's signing ceremony, helped the Rockets to an 18-1 0 record this past season.
