In addition to a successful passing attack, the EC offense had an effective afternoon on the ground, compiling 222 yards. Freshman Terrance McFadden, a product of ~erican Heritage (Fla.) High School, was the leading rusher with 137 yards on 28 carries. With the win, the Warriors improved to 4-2 overall and 2-1 in South Division action, while the Wolves dropped to 1-5 and 0-3. Neal, a product of Pickens County (Ala.) High School, fired touchdown strikes of 22 and 63 yards to wide receiver Derrick Harris of Union, and fmished the day by completing eight of 11 passes for 211 yards. He had one interception.
