OECATUR--Renovation ofthe East Mall area and construction ofthe second phase ofthe Eddie M. Smith Student Union build– ing are among projects under– way on the East Central Com– munity College campus in De– catur. The East Mall, which re– fers to rhe area between the \\ Arno Vincent Administratior> Building and Mabry Memon~ Cafeteria!Jackson Hall, is takm; on a new look, as asphalt and curbing is being replaced with a patio surface. concrete side– ''alks and various landscaping.
