ECCC BOARD - These members of the East Central Community College Board of Trustees were elected to serve as officers for 2004-06 . From left are Prentice Copeland of Philadelphia, who was elected to his fifth term as Board Chairman; Jack Winstead of Lawrence, selected to his third term as vice chairman; and Royce Shaw of Forest, who is serv– ing his first term as secretary. The elections took place at the group's December meeting held in the Walter Arno Vincent Administration Building on the Decatur campus.
