• EC women 74, Miss. Delta 63: Kristin Chaney scored 19 points and Kotreece Bender had 17 as EC knocked off previously– undefeated Mississippi Delta Monday at Decatur. EC improved to 6-2, while Delta dropped to 5-1. The Lady Warriors, who held a slim 35-33 halftime edge, also got 11 points from Tierra Young, eight from Shannon Lloyd, and five from Heather Steele. )azmine Cain had 14 points to lead Delta. Jameica Gross added 11, Vancherrika Mitchell had nine, Jessica Boyd scored eight, and Sophia Townsend tossed in seven. 60: The Warriors saw their two-game win streak snapped with Monday's homecourt loss to the Trojans.
