Dawanna Addison had 15 points to lead Southwest, which fell to 8-12 and 5-5. EC led 35-23 at halftime. • Southwest men 89, EC 64: Jamaal Martin had 13 points to lead the Warriors, who fell to 8-12 and 3-7. Desmond Jones had 12, Al Willis had nine, Neil Tadlock eight, while Tellas Burnside, Tawon Walker and Stephen Dyess each had five. Nic Gamble led Southwst (8-12, 5-5) with 19 points. The Bears led 30-24 at halftime. • EC women 91, Meridian 74: The Lady

both had 11, Stephen Dyess had eight, and Al Willis added seven as the Warriors improved to 9-12. EC held a slim 36-34 half– time advantage. EC goes to Copiah– Lincoln Thursday and hosts Jones on Monday.
