Records a.1d Research. luke said 2.503 students are enrolled in fall classes, SUf1>assing the previous record of 2.j35 students who registered for day and evening courses du~,r.'! lhe :!00 1 fall term. The en;ollment figure :ncludes 1,737 academic students, 673 tech– nical students and 93 students who take vocational classes. The record enrollment also UlCludes l ,914 full-time students and 589 students who take classes on a part-time basis. ECCC President Dr. Phll A. Sutphin, who noted the College has experienced an increase m enrollment for 18 consecutive years, was obviously pleased \\ nh the new record. "We are excited about reaching this milestone in the history ofthe College. Our mission IS to serve our five-county district and the conti;ued increase m our credit and noncredit enrollment is an indication that we are successful in' achieving our mission," Dr. Sutphin said.
