Leake Co. students attend EC orientation sessions

Numerous students from Leake County attended orien– tation sessions held recently at East Central Community College in Decatur. During orientation, stu– dents advance register for fall classes and learn about the various academic, social and personal opportunities avail– able on the ECCC campus. Area students who attended the July 10 session included Brian Harrell, Rebecca Jones and Joseph Smith, all of Carthage Attendance Center; Neeley Rawson, Carthage Christian Academy; Tomas Wilkerson, Edinburg High School; Walnut Grove resident Tammie Macklin, a graduate of Forest High School; Lena resi– dent Matthew Odom, a gradu– ate of Scott Central High School; Carthage resident April Willis, a graduate of Choctaw Central High School; Carthage resident William Hamilton, a graduate of Neshoba Central High School; and Janice Bolton, Tammie Davis, Arkeem Gardner and Jowansia Mitchell, all of South Leake Attendance Center. Those who participated in

the June 27 session were Anthony Ashwood, Shameika Hall, Windy Hall, Robert Kelly, Christine Luckett, William Perkins and Heidi Shannon , all of Carthage Attendance Center; Carlton Dodd 1 Thomastown Attendance T Center; Roman Ingram and , Brenda Rogers, both of Edinburg High School; Jennifer Clark, Ashley Hillman and Jonathan Moore, all of ' Leake Academy; Lena resi– dents Mallie McClendon and • Kyna Wash , both graduates of Morton Attendance Center; Gentle Newsom, Lena; and Tammy Jordan, Jennife~ Perkins, Evelyn Bolling and Deborah Mclnnish , all of Carthage.
