RECEIVES LEATHERWOOD SCHOLARSHIP- Charlene foreman of Little Rock is this year's recipient of the Frank Edwin and NeJta Holt Leatherwood Scholarship, which is presented by the science department faculty at East Cen– tral Community College to an outstanding returning sophomore. Foreman, a graduate of Newton County High School, is shown with family representative Frank Leatherwood. The presentation was made at the college's annual Scholarship Awards Luncheon.
