Receives Heart and Hand Scholarship Ramona Harvey, left, of Neshoba Central is the recipient of the 2002 Heart and Hand Gerontology Scholarship to attend East Central Community College in Decatur. A non-profit organization that pro– motes programs and services for senior citizens, Heart and Hand, Inc., established this scholarship in 1999.
