These Newton County students were among those recently inducted into East Central Community College's Theta Xi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society of the two-year college. To be eligible for Phi Theta Kappa, students must obtain a 3.5 or above grade point average as a full time student and must have a 3.5 cumulative grade point average.
