Lady Warriors off to 11-1 start • Central Community College's Lady
• EC 20-14, Delta 2-5: The Ladv Warriors upped their record to 11-1 with th~ March 7 sweep. EC exploded for 12 runs - including back-to-back homers by Anna Moore and April B~n - in the first inning of game one. Moore and Bufkin also had singles each and scored tvvo runs apiece. Rhonda Munn and Sommer Averett both had two singles and scored twice. Emily Casey (6-0) got the win. In the second game, Munn and Averett led the offensive attack as they went 3-for-4 and scored three runs each. Paige Posey went 3-for-3 with two RBis and two runs scored. Casey had four RBis. Bufkin (5-1) earned the win.

Other top hitters for the Lady Warriors ,..ere Paige Sullivan and SommerAverett, who both went 1-for-3 and scored a nm apiece.
