The East C(;'ntral sophomore led his team to third in the Mi<.;sissippi Association of lommu · nity and Junior College's South divisiun. The Warriors jm;t missed a shot to play in the post– seasou. Tommy Robinson was the only Mississippi soccer player named to the All American team. Brian Stringer was j ECCC rodeo ranked among nat ion's best East Central Community College's rodeo teams are ranked among the best in r egion competition at th e midway mark of the 2002-03 season, according to results provided by the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association. The Warriors are currently in fourth place, while the EC women's team is ranked eighth in the Ozark Region, which includes 14 colleges and universities from throughout the Southeast. Results. are following competition at Missouri Valley College, Southe rn Arkansas University, University of West Alabama, ECCC (Neshoba County Coliseum in Philad<'lphia) and Murray State University. Several members of each team are also ranked in their respective categories. Daniel Moore of Nanih Waiya is rated first in the team roping heeler event and is in ninth place in saddle bronc riding. Billy Mack KJnard of West Lauderdale has the lop spot in the team roping heade r competition. In bull riding, Chance Smart of Var– daman is in third place and DrewWalters of Louin is ranked eighth. I Lan:y Sanborn of Noxapater is rated fourth in breakaway roping and Jan1iC' Andrews of Florence is in tenth place in the sanw t·vcnt.
