The first half was a track meet with Hinds taking a 20-17 lead into halftime. The Eagles outgained ECCC 299-228 in the first half. Hinds drove 66 yards on the game's first series with Mason DenhaM scoring on a 2-yard run. Scott Zingery's extra point was no good.
