Workforce council Bridgitte Ballard (center) of Forest was recently welcomed as the newest membe~ of East Central Community College's District Workforce Council, which is composed of community, business and industry representatives who serve the College in an advisory role. Ballard, who serves as recruiting/training coordinator at Raytheon Syste~ Company in Forest, is shown with Roger Whitlock (left), director of the College 1 s Workforce Development Center and Dr. Phil A. Sutphin, ECCC president. She was recognized at the Council's quarterly meeting held at the College 1 s Productivity Enhancement Center located at the Philadelphia/Nashoba County Vocational-Technical Center.
