Of partic– ular concern has been the lack of access to training for improving skills for industrial maintenance mechanics and electrical tech– mcians m manufacturing industries At East Central Community College (ECCC). the concerns have been heard and major efforts made to tailor programs to meet the real-world needs of local manu– facturing industries and their workers.
