Pickering recently announced a pair of grants to the Sebastopol Health Care Clinic and . to East Central Community College. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services announced a 5100,000 grant to East Central Mississippt Health Care in Sebastopol. The grant is part of ~ pro– gram called the 'Expanded Medical Capacity Initative' and is designed to extend primary heallh care services by increasing the health cen– ter's ability to serve 1,395
