What do you see as the treogtlb of this year's team at th• point in the season? Thts team does a lot of ilim_:) fauly well but nothing just overwhelmmgl} good. It is difficult at thrs nme to defme their slrength. \\'e ha\'e had so much to learn from each other and as a. staff. Although, berng good at mariy phases of the game makes it more challenging for our opponents in their game prepa-

ration. 3. What do you feel is the team's weakness? We have many weaknesses but I'll let our opponents try to figure them out. However, we are still needing more leadership and experi– ence as we get ready for division play- only time can develop those needs. 4. What player or players would you like to mention who have played key roles in the team's success? We have had contributions from many players so it would unfair t o JUSt name a few. That is one of the good things about this team - on any ~iven ni~ht someone different has stepped up and given us productrve minutes. The biggest surprise so far has been Lenore Gray. S he has been the most pro– ducuve offensively. The team has gotten to the point where they expect her 1 o be there every night. Tamekia Foley has started to come

around the last 5 games and given us the lift we needed. Kimyatta Viverette has not put up big offen– sive nllinbers, yet. But, she bas a presence on the floor defensivley that we just cannot coach. Britney Burks has had to take on a role at the point guard position due to early injuries and has done a good job of le3{Iling through "trial by fue". She has played more minutes than any– one and has never complained. I have a lot of respect for her and the job she has done so far. However, Rita Birden has been a workhorse on both ends of the floor most evel)' rught. She has led us m scormg on several.occasioliS whlle takmg on the task of defending the opponent's top scorer What is the most signifi– cant win of the season so far? All wins have been good with this group and to mdicate a sig– nificant one may be too early on this season. However, two wms were very important so far: First, Shelton
