In men's action, the Warriors fell 96-79 t o the host Bobcats and saw their n'coJ d drop to 11-12 and 2-8. Brett Augusta was top sr'>t– er for EC with 19 points Other· point makers were Roebuck, 17; Winfred Craig, 13: Den~on, six; Chamblee, three; and Clint Hatch of Carthage, two. The Bobcats led 47-38 at the break. Porter poured in 22 points in leading EC to an easy 102-61 thrashmg of the visiting Lady Bears. Also scoring were Cox, 16; Lori Cumberland of Leake Academy, 12; and Sander~ and Lacour, 10 each. EC held a 54-31 advantage at halftime.
