ECCC'S PHI THETA KAPPA CLEA.. ~S UP IDGHWh'i -Members of Theta Xi Chapter of Phi.Theta Kappa, the international honor society of the two-year college, at East Central Community College recently picked up trash en a one-:nile stretch of H ighway 15 between Newton and Decatur. The.ta Xi adopted a mile of Highway 15 through Mississippi's Adopt-A-Highway project.
