Patrick Johnston of Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando, Fla. ECCC has been upgrading its soccer pro&rram and opened a new sotcer tield on the north end of campus last season. The Wan·iors will open play this season at home on Aug. 27 at 1 p.m. when Gordon (Ga.) College pays a visit. East Central will Lhen visit East Mississippi Com– munity College at 4 p.m. on Sept. 5 before hosting Hinds at 2 p.m. on Saturday. Sept. 8. ECCC has a 15-game schedule. with the state tour– nament being set for Friday, Oct. 26-27 at a site to be announced. South Di\ision opponents for ECCC will be Co-Lin, Gulf CoasL Pearl River. and Jones.
