Chris Stokes Chris Stokes of Phila– recently named Technology Appli– cations instructor at the Philadelphia /Neshoba County Vocational– Technical Center, a divi– sion of East Central Com– munity College in Decatur, announced Dr. Phil A. Sut– phin, college president. Stokes, who began hi s new duties en August 1, has eight years of teaching ex– perience. He was previ– ously employed at the Vo Tech Center as instructor of Diversified Technology, which was the predecessor tot he Technology Applica tions course.
